MAC’s new Toronto office required careful coordination between the design team, the local business, MAC‘s own Store Design team, and the Landlord. The design team had the challenge of enhancing the existing character of the brick-and-beam building, while ensuring that MAC’s own strong visual vocabulary stood out. Delays on the Landlord’s base-building work required extensive coordination with ELC’s real estate and legal teams to ensure turnover conditions were met at no financial impact to business.
